Onboarding and Training Specialist
Nicole provides proactive support and training to SnapCount users through her role within the Customer Success team. Focused heavily on resolving issues and optimizing workflows, Nicole helps to ensure that each user is successful and efficient. Finding quick answers to tricky questions is one of her biggest motivators. In her free time, she enjoys walking the trails in the Metro Parks with her husband, spending time relaxing with her family and friends, snuggling her cat, and playing with her two GSD puppies.
Director of People
Rebecca is responsible for linking business strategies with people strategies. She provides leadership and guidance regarding talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and benefit administration. She is recognized by leadership and peers as a passionate, highly motivated, and enthusiastic force of nature. Prior to StreamLinx, Rebecca has 11 years of successful management experience where she provided direction, coordination, and consultation for award-winning volunteer programs in large healthcare systems, and various non-profit organizations. Rebecca earned her BA in Communications from Bowling Green State University. In her free time, she acts as CMO (Chief Momma Officer) to her two vivacious children, spends quality time with her husband, tries to pretend she enjoys running, and is a self-proclaimed book nerd.
Amy works with the other Application Developers to maintain existing and implement new features in the SnapCount suite. She works closely with team members to keep StreamLinx clients’ wants and needs prevalent during software changes. Amy enjoys spending her free time outside during warm weather or reading during the colder months.
Suzie is responsible for ensuring the quality of new and innovative projects as a part of the Streamlinx QA team. She has experience with manual and automated testing practices in a wide array of mainstream industries and brings a lot of great new ideas to the company. Outside of work, she enjoys making crafts.
Jordan is a full-stack developer for the SnapCount team. Aside from general product development, he also specializes in build and process automation, API Integration with other systems, and system administration on SnapCount’s infrastructure. Jordan has a passion for process and performance improvement, as well as experimenting with new languages and technologies. In his free time, Jordan can be found working with various side-projects ranging from hardware to game development, shooting photography outdoors, or behind his drum kit.
Kellie is responsible for helping current and potential Streamlinx customers optimize their energy retrofit processes. She is passionate about energy efficiency, sustainability, and helping organizations run as efficiently as possible. Kellie’s background working in the retrofit business allows her to sympathize with the aches and pains of a traditional audit, quote, proposal, and project implementation process. As a former SnapCount user herself, she gives customers a real and personal application perspective. Kellie enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants in her free time. You will often find her spending time with her fiancé and their two sweet dogs.
Quality Assurance Engineer
Rhys is responsible for leading our efforts to deliver a quality SnapCount product on both web and mobile platforms. Her experience in Software Quality Assurance, Automated Testing and Development ensure a multi-faceted approach to improving testing and developing best practices within the organization. Her responsibilities include planning and executing test cycles with the team, writing test cases and processes, reviewing new features, and working closely with the CS and Development teams to coordinate product releases. When at home, Rhys is often watching anime through streaming services, working out at the gym, or meditating.
Senior Software Developer
Brian has a commitment to quality software by writing secure and efficient code for the SnapCount product. He works with the development team to maintain our code base, enhance our product with new features, and participate in the design and development needs towards our SnapCount road map. After earning a bachelor degree in Computer Science at the University of Akron, he has built a successful career with companies including: Jo-Ann Stores, FedEx, and American Greetings. He has extensive experience using full stack development having worked in multiple languages, platforms, and industries in his professional career. When at home, Brian spends time with his family. His hobbies include: snowboarding, mountain biking, running, photography and movie making.
Pavel is responsible for maintaining the existing application and designing / developing the new features on SnapCount’s road map. During his carreer he has accumulated experience in a variety of fields, from specific system issues, server side and user interface issues helping StreamLinx team develop and innovate. Outside work Pavel enjoys playing chess or being outdoors.
Jason is responsible for growing and maintaining StreamLinx’s SnapCount customer base. Jason’s experience in high-value solution selling along with field experience estimating, proposing, and implementing projects brings tremendous value in relating to the common challenges faced by the retrofit industry. Jason enjoys challenging the status quo of “That’s the way it’s always been done.” Jason holds a degree in Construction Management from Illinois State University. Outside the office he focuses on continuous education of the industry and traveling the world.
Customer Success Manager
Christine’s main objective is customer satisfaction. She administers support, provides training both online or onsite, conducts sales demos, tradeshows, and anything else needed to make customers happy. Christine brings with her a long history of customer relationship positions in a variety of roles. During free time you will find Christine running, walking, biking, or just chilling at home snuggled up with her cats and her iPad.
Manager, Professional Services
Ian is responsible for helping the Customer Success team implement and support SnapCount customers and partners to achieve more wins through energy optimization. Ian also helps convey the benefits of SnapCount to existing and prospective customers through online webinars and tradeshows. Ian earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University (Columbus, OH) and his graduate degree from Robert Morris University (Pittsburgh, PA). Outside of the office, Ian enjoys life with his beautiful wife, spunky daughter and all-American son.
Digital Marketing Associate
Derek is responsible for planning and implementing the digital and traditional marketing activities at StreamLinx. With experience in the latest and greatest digital marketing practices, he ensures that the SnapCount brand remains at the forefront of the retrofit industry. Derek has an all-encompassing role in combining digital marketing tactics with traditional marketing campaigns including print, design, and trade show management. When not at work, Derek can be found enjoying the outdoors with his dog and friends, or playing a number of video games.
Barb developed our SnapCount Professional Certification Program and is responsible for its ongoing implementation management. As a former SnapCount user, she is passionate about working with clients to optimize the use of this powerful technology to enhance their current business environment and careers through certification. Her background includes nearly 36 years in marketing, sales and engineering in the industrial, commercial and residential; natural gas and electric utility markets at EDF Energy Services, ConocoPhillips, Citizens Energy Group, American Electric Power and Vectren. She has also been active and held numerous leadership positions in several national and statewide energy-related professional organizations. She has Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Technology and Consumer and Family Sciences from Purdue University. She also holds the Chartered Industrial Gas Consultant (CIGC) and SnapCount Network Accredited Professional – Auditor (SNAP-A) certifications. Barb and husband Michael, have a son, J.C. She’s a gourmet cook who loves gardening, reading, fishing, traveling and baseball.
Co-Founder and COO
Jeff is passionate about helping lighting and energy retrofit organizations accelerate and optimize their operations. Jeff is responsible for the sales, marketing and business development activities of StreamLinx, including client engagement, assessments and deployment initiation. Jeff’s background includes 27 years in software, process automation and consulting. During his career, he has helped companies large and small optimize their performance by leveraging enterprise software, advanced analytics and business process automation. Jeff has not only helped a number of large (IBM) and start-up (Prism Solutions) players grow their revenue, he played a key role in growing Prism from a start-up company to over $43 million, and its eventual acquisition by IBM.
Founder & CTO
Mike is responsible for establishing and executing the product and technology directions for StreamLinx. He is an experienced technology leader, merging modern design practices with the latest technologies and most importantly, ensuring products fit with the way that energy and facility professionals actually work. Mike has a broad strategic view, deep technical knowledge, and a proven track record of bringing together people, partners and technologies to build successful products and businesses.A seasoned entrepreneurial leader, Mike has extensive experience creating and deploying end-to-end, mission critical software systems for companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500s. Prior to StreamLinx, Mike founded two other technology companies; one was ultimately sold to a leading technology player. Earlier in his career, Mike served in senior software engineering roles creating defense systems for United Technologies.
Manager Development – Retrofit Solutions
Mark is responsible for managing the design and development of retrofit solutions from StreamLinx, ensuring they meet the exacting, investment-grade requirements of our commercial and industrial clients. With an extensive track record of developing enterprise business applications, Mark brings innovation, diligence and a client-friendly dedication to the StreamLinx team. Prior to joining the StreamLinx team, Mark was a senior consultant with Ernst & Young in its enterprise systems practice. While there, Mark led large ERP (enterprise resource planning) software deployments for large enterprise customers. Mark’s technical background consists of creating client requirements, system design, web development, database management and programming.
Manager Development – Solutions & New Platforms
Rodney leads the product development of StreamLinx Facility Management Solutions as well as new platforms and technologies. Passionate about software innovation, Rodney leverages his extensive programming background and architectural mindset to deliver technology that offers extensive functionality, flexibility and performance. Rodney’s background involves developing enterprise software at several cloud-based start-ups where he worked closely with clients and other technology teams to deliver high-performance business applications. Rodney’s technology background consists of open source platforms including Java, Spring, MySql, and Linux as well as rapid development methodologies including RAD and Agile.
Kevin is responsible for designing and editing all proposal documents in Snapcount, as well as Business Intelligence dashboards on screen. He has created several modern documents and dashboards that turn heads with sleek design, and provide key detailed information that help win sales. Kevin is a jack of all trades with outputs in Snapcount, and his background in graphic design as well as Business Intelligence management makes Snapcount stand out from the crowd. When not at work, Kevin is either at home watching Disney movies with his cat, Pua, and girlfriend, or out in the world riding the craziest roller coasters.
Steven Sussenbach is responsible for StreamLinx's financial operations and reporting. Steven has over 25 years of experience with SaaS, Technology and Service companies. Previous to StreamLinx Steven spent 19 years at SunGard Data Systems in various financial leadership roles. Steven holds an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from Pace University and a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University. Steven enjoys going to the gym, riding his bike and spending time with his family, especially going to DisneyWorld for vacation.
Software Developer in Test
As a software developer in test, Julie works with her team to ensure Streamlinx software maintain a customer centered focus. In everything from feature design to implementation and from roll-out to maintenance, she rallies the team around providing software that puts the customer first. At Streamlinx, Julie is continually challenged to draw on all of her expertize in computing, electronics, and music to help everyone work smart and have fun. Outside of Streamlinx, Julie plays music with various small groups, promotes women in computing, and enjoys time with her family.
Customer Success Specialist
Abeer is responsible for inside sales and business development objectives at Streamlinx. Abeer started with Streamlinx in 2014 in a project management role but her heart lies in working with our customers and prospects. As the voice of Snapcount, Abeer serves in both sales and marketing function helping to support inbound sales calls, assisting with tradeshows, market research and development, and managing client relations. Abeer is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University Engineering school and brings Sales and Marketing expertise from Fortune 500 companies, such as GE and Avery Dennison. As a Hudson native, Abeer enjoys watching her kids play soccer, biking the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, travel, and enjoying the charm of Hudson restaurants and events.
Pat works on the SnapCount mobile app and is responsible for developing new features that will streamline the mobile retrofit process for Android, Apple, and Windows platforms. Pat has a strong desire to implement robust code that produces an app with an intuitive and consistent user experience. Outside of work, he enjoys maths, puns, and walking / hiking with his dog. Pat is a connoisseur of all types of board games, especially when they require him to lie through his teeth to the faces of his friends and family.
